Our History

It all started with local potatoes

Local Line was born in 2015 as a matchmaking service connecting small farms with chefs. Our Founder & CEO, Cole, even delivered local potatoes from the back of his SUV to understand the intricacies of local food supply chains. In 2016, we launched the first version of our platform, empowering farmers to move their businesses online and accept orders from customers. Today, our suite of sales, inventory, and distribution tools is trusted by food producers across North America and beyond.
